Packages are delivered by the General Logistics Systems Czech Republic s.r.o., company registration number 260 87 961 https://gls-group.eu/CZ/en/home Czech post.

The ordered goods will be delivered as soon as possible by the carries according to its availability and operation capabilities of supplier within 5 working days from the binding order confirmation, but not later than 14 working days. About the fact, that the seller handed over the consignment for the shipment to the selected carries will be customer informed by email.

If you didn't find the country of delivery in the enclosed list, but you would like to send the shipment to the countries outside of the European union, contact us by e-mail, and you we will calculate individually the shipping cost for your country.

We suggest you check very carefully the delivered consignment in the presence of carrier even if the container of the shipment does not bear a sign of damage.

In the event of damaged content of the shipment, a delivering driver will report this check in the report and prepare with you a “Statement of damage”.
